Our Values

Subtleties

Real Estate contracts are complex and subtleties can make them even more so. What seems like simple language around insignificant items can cause a deal to fall through unexpectedly.

Challenges

Nuances of the process can get you to the closing table or keep you from it. A bad survey may invalidate title insurance and cause the deal to fall through.

Guidance

Not having the proper guidance in negotiations can be costly. For example, the other party may require you to pay expenses that you’re not obligated to.

Practice Areas

We provide as much or as little guidance necessary for a successful transaction.
