Richard is a graduate of The University of Texas Law School and was licensed before the State Bar of Texas in 1979. He received his Plan II Honors – B.A. degree from the University of Texas and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. His experience includes years as a tax partner at an internationally recognized law firm and general counsel of a NYSE company. Richard’s present practice focuses upon real estate and natural resource transactions.

Marcia Robbins
Marcia has been a paralegal in commercial real estate since 1998. She has worked for a large national bank as a loan closer and for real estate section of several large law firms. For W& J, Marcia reviews title and survey, leases and zoning and corporate formation documents. She graduated from the University of Houston in Spanish, from the Univ. of Arkansas in French and from Southeastern Paralegal Institute (ABA).

Donald R. Jones
Don has been practicing law in Texas, Louisiana, and Kentucky since 1988 and is a licensed real estate broker in five states. He has worked for title companies, a NYSE / publicly-traded real estate investment trust (REIT), and large and small law firms. His law practice primarily consists of real estate transactions focusing on the purchase, sale, lease, sale – leaseback and development of restaurants, convenience stores, and car wash properties. He also serves as General Counsel to over 25 real estate brokerage offices.
